Dr. Peter Winslett is a clinical psychologist specializing in treating children and adolescents (ages 2-25). An Alabama native, he received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and his Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Winslett completed his predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at UAB Sparks Clinics with specialties in ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, learning disorders, autism, and psychological testing. He has been in private practice since 2008. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling with his family, and playing competitive ultimate frisbee. Dr, Andrea Winslett is a clinical psychologist providing individual therapy to adults (ages 19-75). She grew up in St. Louis, graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University New Orleans, and obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from the University of Mississippi. She completed her internship at UAB/Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in Adolescent Health at UAB. She began private practice in 2009 specializing in patients experiencing depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues. She enjoys yoga, tap dancing, crossword puzzles, and traveling.
